All of my work is a prayer of some sort. I witness, I testify, thank God, ask, cry out, and call in—my work is, first, a conversation with God, then the viewer. My work is all questions and some answers. It is learning and unlearning; I witness the world, and my work translates that experience. My work is exploratory, forgiving, and imaginative.
